AGS was founded in 2002 by Darlene and Lance Wendlandt with the intention of serving clients with the best available consulting services and consultants. Over the course of the last 10 years, AGS has grown into more than just a staff augmentation firm. AGS now offers services to companies, not only through the Twin Cities metropolitan area, but also World-Wide!
With Enterprise Services driving IT initiatives, AGS has established itself as the “go-to” team for projects and programs at several Fortune 500 companies.
The expansion of SmartSourcing has grown the onshore staff augmentation model into a global team. AGS has had a presence in India for nearly 6 years now and continues to expand the presence in Central America.

The expansion of the AGS Cloud 10 is also encouraging. As we move into 2013, AGS is looking forward to driving Cloud Services to many of their existing customers that have chosen to join AGS Cloud 10. A marketing campaign is set for 2013 to drive Cloud Services to new customers and new areas.
